Main Responsibilities
- Issue invoices and track payments
- Maintain internal financial reporting
- Prepare contracts annexes and company documents
- Communicate with clients about payments
- Prepare documents for institutions
- Organize and maintain office documentation
Requirements
- Experience with invoicing and administrative tasks
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Fluent English (Russian a plus)
- Responsibility and desire to develop
